The operating belief
“This is the worst AI is ever going to be.”
The technology is improving quickly. The important question is whether people outside the usual centres of wealth and education get to participate early enough to shape what comes next.
Mission
Intelligence is everywhere. Access is not.
AI HUB exists to provide free AI education in a learner's own language, using current artificial intelligence tools rather than waiting for conventional education systems to catch up.
The idea is simple: a curious person should be able to ask questions, reason, debate, test ideas and learn at their own pace — regardless of geography or income.
The goal is not to build a large institution first. It is to prove a small, practical model that communities can understand, operate and reproduce.
The first prototype
Built in a barrio. Tested with real learners.
The first AI HUB was launched in Bataraza, Palawan in July 2025. Ten young participants joined the first cohort; demand quickly grew beyond the original plan, creating a waitlist for the next round.

AI HUB began from a straightforward question: if today's AI can already explain, tutor, translate, reason and adapt, why should access to those capabilities depend on where somebody was born or how wealthy their school is?
The Bataraza project is intentionally practical. It is not presented as a finished institution. It is a working prototype designed to learn quickly, improve quickly and show what becomes possible when advanced tools are placed directly into a community.
